Does placing the facet of chaos on your self count as using an elite skill, or does only consuming count? I need to know because I am crafting a build around rune of lyssa for pvp.

Both, at least it was so with Diabolic inferno trait, gives you two burns on enemies, very nice burn dps boost, so lyssa would work fine iwth it

yes works, but mind the CD Diabolic Inferno has one of 10s

Lyssa rune has a 45 second cool down, and so does consuming the facet of chaos. However, the facet of chaos can be placed while stunned, but consuming the facet can’t. It can be helpful if I have too many conditions including fear.
