Guild Wars 2

Alacrity is a boon to lower cd on skills (or to make it run faster). Since we don’t have cd on many skills, can we get Alacrity to give us +1 upkeep?

Probably not. The issue is actually worse for thieves, who have no cooldowns at all on their weapon skills. At least for Revenant it has some benefit.

It could decrease the cooldown of Legend swaps, though.

You can’t add +1 energy regen, because it caps at +5.
