Yeah… You look for boon duration and toughness, why would it be event close to “zerg fight” ? This is more a tank-support build, not designed for damages at all.
That build is much more tank / melee blob train for fights. I have another Set Zerker with the runes of strength for damage revenant.
The build with wanderer stats is for blob fights and thinking more of a group than just solo damage

Thats funny. I run mallyx + jalis and do some horrific torment + other condi damage. So I find your comment rather strange that jalis needs shiro.
any DPS build without shiro is not better then meta build and is not suit for high tier pvp play in the current meta
and has lower skillcap and lower skillfloor

It’s a discussion about WvW, not PvP. And I would say that Shiro legend certainly doesn’t create higher skillcap or skillfloor than other Legends. It’s on par with Glint.

Shiro is just to good honestly to take anything else. That quickness buff has more than a few good uses. Escape, stomping, communing, rez. The list continues. All those have a major effect on your team.
