Bug: walls
Unrelenting assault really had issues with walls and ledges for sure. I’d hope this would be fixed for beta this weekend
personally I would love it if this doesn’t change. having one class that’s better if their target is wide open, rather than against a wall or a cliff is great gameplay. that way, people can have their backs against a wall to make fighting a rev easier, yet it still makes it harder to fight some other professions. normally trying to fight at the edge of a cliff is suicide, having reason to get close to death without actually falling off is a good change of pace every now and then.
So if the room is not large, or has obstacles, jalis is useless and our highest dps skill too. Sure, keep it this way

Not quite. Sword #5 was, in my mind, meant for dragging out enemies from a larger group in order to burst with Unrelenting Assault, not for trying to keep people away from walls.
Besides, in caves, houses, or other tighter areas like the Clocktower, skill 5 doesn’t do much at all. In those cases, having Unrelenting Assault be blocked by moving next to a wall would basically remove two of our skills from play.
That said, I have yet to test the issue in the current beta. Here’s hoping for a quick fix!
I did some testing today. Sword 3 felt much better. I didn’t have walls and ledges mess with it many times
I hit a mob next to a wall with UA and promptly got stuck in the wall. lol.
Even worse if you consider that rotating hammers fall off small bridges… They fall.
