So, looking at the Devastation line and its Life Siphons, I thought I would take that to the extreme and see how much life steal can be utilised in a build and as many small healing sources as possible for maximum sustain on a zerker Shiro build. The life steals
also do decent damage.

Leeching Sigil (975 heal on swap, 10s)
2 Scavenging, 4 Vampirism Runes (975 heal after heal skill, 975 heal on hit,15%/25s and 25%/25s)

Using warrior on editor. MH Sword on one set and OH Sword on the other set, meaning you can still swap weapons yet have the same set on both swaps without making the extra weapons.
I’m very keen to test this out as it has a LOT of small heals that also do damage so, to me, it looks like a lot of fun! Also thinking about swapping the runes for Runes of Evasion for the Retaliatory Evasion & Unwavering Avoidance synergy, would swap the food to Orrian truffle soup then for the +40% endurance regen and might on dodge, which would then give Might, Swiftness, Fury, Stability and Retaliation on dodge roll.
