Is there a place (site) besides MetaBattle and “youtube” and even here where I can find a general PvE REV build? I’m basically looking for running around doing events world boss’s even completing some maps build or even a basic template for PvE. The ONLY builds I see are for dungeons/fractals and raids. And every other build I see is for pvp. I mean its all I see is builds for PvP.

You don’t really need a specific build for general open-world PvE.
Either use anything you want or one of the dungeon/fractal/raid builds.

Anything works for open world PvE. Build whatever you like. Raid/Dungeon/fractal are optimized for damage.
If you have trouble with encounters and want a more general use build take a PvP DPS build.

Take the power SPvP (with zerk preferably) then. You might even take Jalis over shiro if you are still having trouble.

I’ve been rocking celi
sword/axe, mace/sword(shield for herald)

Then I just play with the builds.

Demon Stance: Unyielding Anguish can kite any group of mobs to death.

Unyielding Anguish + sword 2 combos with the dark field and adds leeching bolts which will nearly burst down most solo mobs.

Anything immune to chill, you’ll just have to get-good and do different combos.
