Chaotic Release damage for being an elite needs a slight damage increase considering the sacrifice of burning the aura and the CD. Either that or reduce the cooldown.
That being said, Glint is awesome!!!
Actually it feels weak because it is completely dodgeable, if you don’t dodge after seeing a huge blue dragon pop from an enemy you’re doing something wrong.
