Immortal Kingdom [KING]
Clarification on Unrelenting Assault
Immortal Kingdom [KING]
So there are a few questions floating around about this skill and none of them were addressed yet.
The datamined version of this skill said it would prevent capture point contribution, but the new version doesn’t seem to mention this. Is this still the case?
Also does this skill make you invulnerable during the cast? If not, where is your actual character? Issue I had with Phase Smash is that while you fly away to your destination mobs would continue to walk towards your starting point and actually attack you during the animation.
thats the only way to make this skill useful in PvP. otherwise Defending Revs will have one less skill.
I assume, you can be hit on the jumps like with hammer.
Lasts less time than Blurred Frenzy, which doesn’t prevent capture. I’m sure they just went that route in the end. Hopefully it does add some defensive qualities though because, lets be honest, Revenant needs it atm.
Warlord Sikari (80 Scrapper)
What worries me at the moment (albeit more for PvE) is Revenants casting the skill and teleporting into big attacks that one-shot you. The skill has been changed but there was one which worked quite similar to Unrelenting Assault in World of Warcraft. The name was Killing Spree and was conveniently nicknamed KillMe Spree because of it instantly teleporting you into danger and being unable to avoid attacks during it.
It’s fine the weapon set and legend as a whole has a weakness and notably low on the defense because of the heavy focus on offense. But I don’t want to see the skill go the same way as the one in Warcraft where you often didn’t use it.

Yes I figured this was made in a similar way as that Rogue skill. I assume with Rev’s limited burst damage, this would be its counter.
Basically when you see any revenant casting that skill, all you have to do is unload your burst as they wont be able to avoid it by any means. Waiting for freekills if this ability wont get evade frames.
