Mainly in pvp the close range handicap really is just a suicide act without any backup, therefore it would great to make the #1 auto attack into both a close range 3 target, and a 450, 600 or a 900 ranged single or double target (in a line) weapon, and also the 3rd chain change to single target as well, when in longer range from the target.
Secondly could they make the #2 attack into a very close ranged area attack instead of in front of you, really irritating to use especially when the character just land the hit without able to change facing or it trows it toward a target entirely another way (the warrior longbow berserk adrenaline attack is great example).
In the pve settings, really torment needs some kind of damage “increase”/change or something, because its not useful at all.
