One thing I noticed playing in Cursed Shores was once you get your energy level up there was almost zero cool down on Utility Skills. Like All Skills were ready to use at all times. No skill seemed to be on cool down. I felt like I couldn’t fire off all the weapon AND utility skills fast enough. I was laying down the Dwarf Stance road one right after the other and couldn’t press hammer 2 fast enough. I don’t know if this is intended or not. But it seems all the other classes I play you have to be more timed in when and how you use your skills and think ahead about your cool down times.

Is this over powered?

No, this is not overpowered. It’s the only thing the class has going for it. Also, it’s not like it’s free use after the Cd is up, a Rev pilot has to carefully balance their skill usage with their energy pool. Thief initiative is currently more overpowered than revenant skill cds with the limiting pool.

Don’t be a prejudice scrub, thief initiative skills cost a load. You can’t really spam them unless you wanna die quickly.
