I think that the healing skill of the demon stance should give resistance instead of healing more for each condition. This would prevent any damage from conditions and that makes up for the healing, but it would also make the stance more synergistic with the other stances because the heal could be used well without conditions.

I also think that pain absorption should only copy conditions from allies on to you. It just feels like it doesn’t fit the theme of a demon to take conditions from allies as though it was doing them a favor. This could make the skill cost less too.

Also, pain absorption should not grant self resistance. Other than the trait, you should have to work to make the idea of self conditions work on this stance but the self resistance and drawing conditions is an all in one package.

One last think I was thinking about was banish enchantment. I think this should give you conditions based on which boons you remove instead of applying self vulnerability. It just feels too necromancer-y to have skills self apply conditions and applying more random conditions could be more interesting.

Meh, to me the only problem is that pain absorbtion gets condition and gives resistance based on the number, not the duration. You can get 2 seconds of resistance from a 2 hour cripple.

Just a though they could have a minor in corruption that consume 1 sec from conditions while under resistance 1 sec interval.

that would go against the class legend mechanic that benefits from having conditions.

the problem is that atm you can only couple mallyx with jalis, since you need his condi cleanse.

a possible solution would be to make the elite skill transfer 2s of conditions instead of copying 2s of them.

You could couple Malyx with Ventari instead. Good cleansing on there. Better, actually, since that cleanse doesn’t have a 30 second cooldown. Could also use staff as a second weapon set for additional cleanse.

swap Jalis to use the healing skill is already slow.
With ventari it would be swap ventari, summon the tablet, do the skill. Dead before completing it.
Plus ventari is basically useless if you’re not playing a healer build, since you waste all your time managing the tablet. Jalis at least has stability, a cc and the hammers (the elite is crap).
