Very few people care about underwater combat anymore, I know, but is it really that much to ask for Dragon Stance to be usable underwater? It wouldn’t be the first time they’ve changed certain skills so they can be used underwater (Warrior Banners/Necro Wells). At one point you could have they active underwater so long as you activated them while on land but this was changed. Please revert it and allow us access to the stance.

I’m sure it’s on the table.

Its kinda perfect as it is now, at least in wvw for a shiro/glint rev.
Think about it: you go into the water for 2 reasons, and 2 reasons only.
To chase someone or to get away from something.
Even is shiro is on cd on land, as soon as you get in the water, you are on shiro legend and can do both, chase or get away.

I mainly want it for Honor of the Waves. While Anet mostly killed dungeons with the gold nerf, there are still many of us who either need the dungeoneer title or who are helping friends with it (of which I am the latter). I understand having Jalis and Ventari stance underwater wouldn’t work mechanically but we can already use Herald’s F2 ability underwater, which is mechanically the same as all Dragon Stance skills.
