That’s why stunbreaks exists. And the taunt is a slow walk, plenty of time to react to it.
I’m yet to see someone instadying from it.

People on walls (there are LOTS of people on walls in WvW) … walk off the wall when trying to fear an enemy away from the siege they are attacking with. Instadead.

then also dragonhunters F1 pull should be removed, thief pull, engi pull, warrior AoE taunt. Oh and lets not forget the opposite direction of this: fear, lets remove that aswell.

i guess eye for eye need a buff in sence that you should not be able to turn on walk when you taunted XD? same as when you are feared
