Help me I’m not sure which one to get. Right now, I’m more inclined to frostfang because Astralaria doesn’t have draw animation on offhand.

Does Frostfang has animation on vengeful hammer?

But Astralaria is much much prettier than Frostfang. But it’s also harder to get. GL HF!

Pretty certain Frostfang doesn’t get the draw animation either, as all offhand legendaries don’t have draw animations. At least that’s what I’ve seen/heard.

I have Astralaria and other than Axe 5 getting completely kittened by the fact that it’s animation doesn’t get the space background in the rift, it’s awesome. My only other complaint has to do with the footfalls’ durations, however that’s applicable to all the 2nd gen legendaries.

Otherwise, the trail the weapon leaves as you run/swing it is really long(even on Asura!), the sounds it makes are fantastic, and the precursor tier 4 quest was a lot of fun. I really really enjoyed traversing Tyria, finding the highest spots, and charting the stars. So much fun!

I’m going for astralaria because it matches bolt better than frostfang (no animation on stowed instead of blue like frostfang). I didn’t know it has special sound. I wonder how it sounds when combined with bolt.

Yep! It sings when you draw it and will sing again every now and then while wielded. It’s pretty cool!

i have both, but ooo once you craft frostfang you’ll regret. Astralaria looks much more prettier, i even reskined the frostfang to astralaria lol
