Since we can turn every damage into revival healing for 2 seconds and the cannon fields deal a crapton of Damage, it would be cool if it would be enough to revive the poor guys that get downed during the Barrages (saves revival time after the phase is over and you have to revive a downed body).
I know that Mesmer is faster with Illusion of Life but that only lasts for 15 seconds and downs them again afterwards.
Maybe, problem with that would be the agony stopping the revival, best to wait till the cannon phase is over to revive normally.

It’s probably applied after revive.
edit: jk, it definitely does say “while reviving”. Can’t wait to troll revive people with that combined with unyielding anguish.
