How to improve
“Auto to win build” – I hope you don’t expect to win fights by using mostly the auto attack. Does assassinating players asap mean you’re going for a very offensive build? In that case:
Why Jalis (quite a defensive legend)?
Why the offhand sword?
Why all the defensive traits?
Why Eagle runes?
Why Dismantle Fortifications?
I either don’t understand what you’re trying to do with this build or you haven’t put any serious thought in to it.
So far it’s working, and has very low avenues of retaliation:
I sword 5 someone to me.
I Jalis (I call it dwarf and Javis…need to fix that I guess) chain them for taunt+slow.
I swap to Shiro.
I press Impossible Odds.
I go to Town.
By the time the cc wears down, I have a corpse- freshly stomped.
Jalis for the chain and stability stomps when necessary, can’t always 1v1 and this helps teamfights. Also 50% damage reduction.
Offhand sword for the pull.
Anti-CC traits getting anti-CC-anti’d. I chain, I get MoA or RP or EfaE from someone else and they get it. Also, did you see its 3 long seconds of taunt? As opposed to one second from MoA, shocking aura, or Reaper’s Protection? On top of that, I get protection and 20% dps reduction on my chosen kill. On top of ~that~ I get 50% damage reduction. It reduces the options of retaliation.
Eagle runes for more crit.
Dismantle Fortifications because stability shredding.
Any other questions? This is not a troll build, and this build is highly effective. Not sure why you went for a personal attack at the end neither?
This build is to grab someone and kill em. Very gimmick, very straight forward. Trying to make a build that will counter the current meta (and succeeding) because it will be seen as “stupid, useless, and bad”. =) And it works. Anywho, waiting for suggestions and glad to clarify your questions.

Sorry about what you thought was a personal attack. I just wanted to use your name in a sentence.
You didn’t really answer my questions though. Example:
“Dismantle Fortifications because stability shredding”. This isn’t really an answer. This is just what it does. My question really is: Why do you need this stability shredding as opposed to the other, far superior, options. It’s always nice to see someone flailing around or completely motionless while you do what you want but ultimately, I can’t see how this trait would help you more than the other two.
I don’t understand how your optimal rotation works for you. That taunt has a mere two second duration and while you may get rid of your opponents stability, you’ve also got to account for the stun breaks that are always there. Even if they just waited it out, there’s just no way you can take down any decent build in two seconds. Maybe a glass thief if they’re really bad. Also, if you choose to keep this rotation, add in your Shiro heal before impossible odds for extra burst.
Jalis road: It’s nice for stomps if you wait a couple of seconds to start it but ultimately, it’s just better to be on Shiro for a quickness stomp. If you’re that desperate for stability on stomp, just waste a dodge and you can have both stability and quickness. It’s not that much of a big deal.
Improved Aggression: Is the damage reduction while your opponent is taunted really that good? No. It’s certainly not better than close quarters. Considering you’re using the hammer, it’ll just do more for you in the long run.
As for the eagle runes: If you do the calculations, you’ll find that strength runes are just better. That’s just what the numbers say.
The 50% damage reduction from Jalis elite isn’t that enticing when you remember the energy cost and cast time. If you can use it right, okay but it’s very difficult to find the right moment.
Offhand sword: So the point of putting this in your kitten nal is for the gap closer. The axe has a better one. It has a longer range, a chill, more damage and lower energy cost and cooldown and it’s also unblockable. The only downside when comparing sword 5 and axe 4 is that you lose an interrupt which would barely make a difference if you swapped out your stability desroying trait. Sure, you’re also giving up a block but it’s very worth it.
Eye for an eye: fair enough. I wasn’t really bothered by this trait. I don’t much like the kitten cooldown and I prefer the weakness trait but okay.
I don’t see how this build counters the current meta. The current meta includes a hell of a lot of builds that are super-tanky (druid, scrapper, tempest, revs, reapers etc.), super-evady (daredevils, mesmer, revs and all professions with stealth etc.) and super-conditiony (reaper, reaper, mesmer, scrapper, reaper, guardian, tempest, reaper, reaper and of course the necro). These are all things that are very bad for you. It seems like you need super-glassy two second kills. They do exist but I don’t see how the meta favours you.
Finally, during your matches, people won’t see your build as stupid, useless or bad. They’ll just see that you have some CC like everyone else and you use the impossible odds and auto attack combination like 99% of all other revenants.
