Hey there, the title says it all. I would like to play a ranged Revenant and I don’t know how. Using the 2h Hammer seems obvious but then?

I just recently returned to the game and started a new character, I’m 16 now on my Revenant and really want to play a ranged build but it seems to be a bit weird, at least when it comes to the legends.

Can someone tell me the best way to play / level with a ranged build?

Hammer is slow so you want to nearly always crit.

For leveling,
Unlock assassin stance (shiro) and the invocation trait line. Select traits that give fury.
Use runes of the citadel and/or rage for fury.
Use sigils of perception and accuracy.

Once you have everything unlocked I recommend going with glint and another stance of your choice. Run either berserker gear or marauders with strength runes and sigil of force/bloodlust. Your food/utility buffs will vary depending on your gear stat choice but generally a food with boon duration is best and the utility will be either precision for berserkers or power for marauders. Staff generally makes the best swap weapon for hammer due to it’s utility.
