Yeah. Some of the lines with actual words are niftyl, but the grunts not so much.

I love it. In fact i enjoyed it so much that i started doing it along with them.

Then my girlfriend hit me. A lot.

It isnt as much fun now.

Would love more dialogue and less grunts!

Or just a button to turn them on and off. Along with the faucet circles at feet.

I have yet to ehar legends talking outside of a combat. And i scored with beta over 160h already.

I love it. It makes for some great role play

I heard some grunts while switching legends for the first time yesterday and thought it was awesome… but yeah I can see how it can get old fast.

Yeah. I think it’s neat that the legends talk to you… But “talk” is a term that’s being used pretty loosely in this situation. I’d much prefer actual dialogue.

Its most of times just quiet then some dumb groan, i really hate it, and its so loud. Feels out of context in most of times, forced in there.

The sound in HoT is awesome in general, and the “growling” when swapping legends is just as great as all other music/sound (just yesterday noticed very very nice melody when turning on auras in Glint stance). Also all those guys, whos power you are using ARE DEAD and talking to you from the mists. Ghosts shouldn’t talk like normal people, and that effect they added is fitting just great. So, yes, for those, who don’t like the effect they could add an option to turn it off, but no way they should remove it.

The grunts are a bit much, but I notice that Jalis sometimes has a maniacal laugh which is pretty great. (I’ve heard it when casting Rite of the Great Dwarf, but it may occur at other times too).

HAHAHAHA, this is true, but come on! let anet fix the actual problems with this class before adressing this -.- at least the skills look good! (on the most part glint elite mallyx elite etc)

Sound Booth: “Ok, now make a deep and loud grunt. Like you been constipated for days and you just let it all out”

Voice Actor: "Uhmm Ok?….uuuuuuu UHhhHHHHH AHHHHhhh!!!

Sound Booth: “Perfect! That’s a wrap!”

Remove all the grunting and add actual dialogue, please.

I think the grunting is fine but too common
compared to other dialogue. My revenant is female so it sends awesome shivers when channeling Mallyx once every eight times to hear from her own mouth, " Now I shall feast upon their anguish !

I like it on Mallyx, it’s kinda fitting for a monkey demon. Then I’m pretty indifferent to the noises Jalis, Ventari and Shiro make, but Glint is absolutely driving me NUTS. No offense to the voice actress, but these grunts… X_X

I’d prefer grunting/warcries than actual dialogue though; dialogue gets old even quicker.

Almost all of them explicitly say something expressing their desire to return to action

I agree, with one condition: keep Jalis’ yell. Dwarf yell is best yell.
