I’m not sure yet, but I’ve been recording my spvp matches and I never see Pulsating Pestilence proc. At one point I was 1v1’ing a revenant who constantly had vulnerability on me, with a 25% chance on hit, unless I had ungodly bad luck, I would think that the trait would proc and copy the vulnerability that was on me to him. I watched in slow motion and there was never a single stack of it on him even though it should have proced on me and I should have copied vulnerability to him.

Also, on my boons where trait procs show up, I never saw the icon show up during the whole match.

The answer is YES, Pulsating Pestilence is broken.

If you get hit, you have a chance of doing the current Embrace the Darkness pulse just once (apply 8s of torment to nearby foes). It will trigger even if you have no conditions. If you have conditions, they will not be copied to your enemy.

Can someone else go make an official bug forum post… I had a very long drawn out struggle to try and get Radiant Retaliation fixed that lasted for almost a year… and by some strange coincidence, Pulsating Pestilence is in the same location for revenant that Radiant Retaliation was for Guardian. I don’t want to go through that again.

I wouldn’t doubt that it is broken. Then again, the condi’s you apply to them only last for 3 sec instead of a flat out copy.

I think that nothing was ever copied at all, after I recorded that match I watched the whole thing at .33x speed just to see and watched it over everytime during the 1v1, I am very confident in saying that nothing copied at all, during the revenant 1v1 I watched in slowmotion looking at his condition bar and mine the whole time, he didn’t get any vulnerability during the whole minute and a half fight

Try to fight against engj. You will see some strange animation (like from jump or ult), but conditions does not applied to enemy.
And it’s really bad, cos at rev now to much condies all time…
