Making condi revenant a thing [pve]
They could just make it the effect of a Major Trait without having to add it on a GM, much like Jalis does with Taunt on non-player targets.
Or they could add it to Yearning Empowerment. If you add it to a major trait, then it would just become required and no one would ever run the other two options.
The number one thing condition revenant needs in PVE is a ranged condition weapon. Good luck getting that out of Anet without forking over another $50 though.

It really doesn’t need a ranged condi weapon to be viable in pve (aka raids and fractals since in dungeon and open pve you can ran what ever you want ).
Revenant is designed to be a melee class. No point to ask another new weapon (also a ranged One) while we have a melee weapon set (mace/axe) that could have some love and could be builded for be dps AND support spec.
Until they fix mace #2 (and to a lesser extent axe #5) to not fail on anything but a completely flat surface there is little to no point in even considering a condition build in PvE. The burning is what does a lot of damage and with the spammable fire field not working on even the slightest change in elevation it’s 100% useless.
I wanted to try out a condi build and even started leveling a new revenant for fun and had a build all planned out. But after getting to about level 25 gave up out of sheer frustration. The only way for it to work is to stand on top of the mob and use mace #2 and hope it doesn’t move more than a couple of steps in any direction. Ok for solo leveling, completely untenable for anything more complicated.

This actually isn’t THAT big of a problem in PvE. Most of the boss arenas in fractals and raids are flat surfaces. Most of the time this bug is a problem is in PvP and WvW where the terrain is more often “rugged”. Don’t get me wrong, though, this is one of the MANY MANY MANY things that need fixing on the class.
The problem with the condition build for PvE is that its dps is garbage and takes a fairly decent amount of time to build up your condition stacks(not to mention, your primary condition is Torment). In a lot of fights, by the time you get decent stacks built up, the enemy will either be dead, or in the case of a raid boss, will have changed phases forcing you to partake in some mechanic, stopping your dps.
