If anybody here dont mind, can you equip Invigorating Flow trait, and try to get damaged by NPC without auto attacking with Staff, and then use one of the non healing weapon skills on staff and see if this procs at all.
Some people saying it works. I been testing it, and it doesnt proc.
Cant find any Revs in the mist willing to test this out with me right now.
