EXPERTISE = Condi duration → around 7% every 100 points

This looks really godlike for hybrid builds, especially on Revenant since we can pull out high amounts of precision and ferocity to help the power side and have condi damage and expertise to buff condiitons

This frees up the choice for other types of runes/sigils/food that might result in some neat builds! Time to theorycraft baby!

New stat, along with Concentration, which extends boon duration.

It needs to be said that these came at a cost – the % condi duration food was nerfed by 50% (it gave 40% condi dura, now 20%).

So if you want to spec for condi duration, you need to gear for it now, not just pop a nom.

Btw do we know if those 2 new stats will be added to Celestial, which is supposed to give a bit of everything?
