Ups, my bad. I’ve just checked classic GW2 build editor page and there is no elite spec for Revenant added yet.

They only added the elite specs that were playable in the first beta and Herald was announced right after said beta. It will be playable the next weekend.
Just for your Information, the Editor was updated with the Elite Specs except for Forge and Druid.
