Most professions have a trait or signet that provides a 25% speed increase (i.e. Warrior’s Sprint). I don’t see anything like that for the Revenant. Am I missing something?

Nope, they said we’d be very mobile out of combat but it seems that just having access to swiftness with glint is “mobile”.

permaswiftness with glint (which is a 33% buff, so WAY better than a 25% buff)

50% movement speed buff with shiro’s Impossible Odds

spammable shadowsteps as long as you have a target

Pretty much this. If you are traveling around the map just slot glint, or shiro if not herald. Shiro will be the fastest way to travel around with 1200 spam able range teleports. Sure you can’t just auto run then afk, but it will still be really good.

if the dwarven road thingy also gives pulsed swiftness, it would be golden. Right, roy? after all, the point of building a road is to make your journey a little easier, no harm in a little swiftness on a magical road.

Assuming leveling through PvE world exploring, seems like Sigil of Speed/swiftness on kill -food will be pretty much required for Revenant.

target a critter or enemy/passive near where you want to be, use the shiro shadowstep, use it again, use it again, you are now 3600 units away from where you were 2 seconds ago.

we also have 8 seconds of 50% movement speed with a 10 second recharge, which is only slightly worse than a 100% uptime 25% buff, except it also works in combat.

we have some INSANE mobility.

(and as mentioned, we have a 100% 33% speed buff when in dragon stance)

we used to do some clunky stuffs to have mobility (we still can tho) like target shadowstep or about-face retreat in shiro and double stance swap for impossible odds.
Now with glint we can have perma swiftness that pretty much covers it.

You can blast inspiring Reinforcement for AoE swiftness. It’s a lightning field.

I might be recalling this incorrectly, but I believe they said the exact opposite. We’d be incredibly mobile in combat, not very mobile out of it. Hence Shiro’s movement skills all being target specific.
