As I believe there will be no personal story for the Revenant, will the story rewards be combined into leveling rewards or will we lose out on all those items that you would normally acquire through leveling a character to 80 and playing all of the personal story?

Why would there be no personal story? When the actual expansion hits, creating a reve will be like creating all the other professions.

The personal story for the Rev will be the same as every other class. There will be NO NEW choices other than the cosmetic headband. You can still pick from the existing racial choices.

It has already been confirmed that Revenants will just play the same personal story as all other professions. Anet argues that the personal story has never been influenced by profession, only by race, so there is no reason to set the Revenant apart.
