This was nerfed due to the problem people were having with action camera. Just a lazy way to fix it

Also, what is with the nerf to infuse light and crystal hibernation

i’m ok with infuse light + shooting bastion.

im NOT ok with phase traversal. i agree is powerful, but it should be 3s max given all the cons we get with a CD attached.

Am I missing something – what does adding a CD have to do with the action camera? But regardless I think all the changes were necessary especially the CD on phase traversal. The only exception is maybe the staff nerf, but I mostly use skill 5 for the cc anyway.
