[PvE] Unrelenting Assault vs Autoattack
It’s better to use your AA with IO.
UA is good for might stacks and single target, but not nearly as good as AA
Never use UA and IO in PvE. Big waste of energy that’s better off being used to AA+IO
Use UA in Herald with F2 up to get your might stacks, hit F2 and swap to Shiro so you can use AA + IO.
80 Necromancer (IRNY), 80 Guardian (IRNY)
GW2: it’s like DAoC, but for the WoW crowd.
UA is an evade, so you can use it while you would be unable to AA normally without taking huge hits or CC. It’s a defensive skill that keeps up DPS. Sounds good to me for PvE.
The impression I’m getting is that UA is an opener to stack might with, or an evasive DPS sustain.
I use the AA to dodge big windup attacks while maintaining my attack and not wasting endurance.
Also because it looks cool.
Run Sword/X Glint/X and use UA with the might facet. With a couple of allies nearby, it is incredibly easy to get up to 25 stacks of might. Having the evade for the duration is the other real purpose for it; not necessarily pumping out massive deeps.
UA after few hits of IO AA can be maneged with 50 energy
