Rev Mace Skill 3
It has a hitbox of a Hanzo arrow, as long as target is in front of your character it shouldn’t miss. It now does really significant damage when you think about it so I don’t mind the “aiming” nature of the skill. And I can finally blast fields I want without sudden turns mid-cast.
The one improvement I could definitely suggest to ArenaNet is something I requested in the first place – making this skill a skillshot with a skillshot indicator. It should keep it’s generous hitbox, but skillshot aiming instead of aiming with character model would be more intuitive and practical.

now i have to predict enemy movement and hit the ground with it
if you do that you will hit it anyways
sure its seems more harder but practice and you will do fine
As far as tracking and non-tracking goes, I think there are downsides to either approach. I personally find it easier to deal with positioning with a non-tracking skill instead of having to potentially de-select and re-select a target with a tracking skill.

I find that the mace 3 skill is not hard to land if you know what you combo it with. If you notice, the axe 4 skill, frigid blitz, places you behind the target and facing them. Use axe 4 and then use mace 3. This will allow you to easily land your mace 3 skill. Both mace 3 and axe 4 have similar cooldowns, only 2 seconds difference. Additionally, axe 4 is unblockable. This means that you can get around direction oriented blocks such as the DH virtue shield and land mace 3 from behind.
As it is, I am fine with mace 3.
