45 second cooldown for a 2s Radiant Light doesn’t make a difference. It doesn’t even have increased revive speed.
Perma-fury, swiftness, & might. Plus can be specced to add crit rate to the fury.
That’s enough, but you periodically shave damage in half, stun break everyone in the party, and throw around protection.
What more do you need?
