This topic will in general focus on PvP experience.
Starting off with weapons:
Hammer – First off, the weapon have no leaps and so on, which makes it very clunky to play. The enemies can easily get up to you, which is a huge problem. The cast time overall needs to be faster. #3 and #5 is just way to easy to dodge. (Compared to warrior hammer)
Mace/Axe – I really enjoyed this combo, with a firefield and blastfinisher + the shadowstep on axe. Condition dmg works great, but along with this weapon combo, u will need more utilities for survival. For example in Mallyx stance, give it some evades or leaps. My opinion.
Sword/Sword(Shiro) : I have read the other threads, and I can agree with everyone. AA is just weird, the dmg i way too weak. I was testing combos, with Berserker amulet at golems in HOTM, and I were expecting something like thieves S/D dmg. But it took me so long to kill one, that i got really dissapointed, thinking that this legendary is assassin..
The utilities were ok, but the heal is just crap. Throw it away! Only decent heal might be Mallyx. And for the rest of the weapon skills.. Pooooor dmg. Boost it :-)
Staff: I prefered going for ventari here, as a healing revenant. And my experience is that i really loved it. Good support! Only problem was when I had 10131930 conditions on me, but I guess everyone dies from that.
Conclusion: Boost dmg on sword/sword, make another AA animation!
Faster casttime on hammer. Better healing and utility opportunities.
(Revenants really should get more utility skills to choose from, but well.. Beta)
I personally would like to see some leaps and rushes, like warriors GS #3 and #5.
