Revenant PvP Tank/Support Build
The problem with those kind of bunkers (cleric+healing power specced) is that they have the sustain but they can’t kill 1v1, so you rely in rushing to your team and supporting in 2v1’s or vice versa, otherwise you’ll just stall the team, revenant does have a ton of utility for fury and condi clear with that and all the heals are overkill IMO, for a revenant bunker spec, we would needa 1200 Power 900 Thoughness 750 Precision 750 Healing Power/Precision Amulet, which currently does not exist, my take on this build is using celestial because of healing power mods and might generation: http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vlAQJAWin3gmNSuQzJRboNlsP0oS4I6UJ4ENsklZlhNmb+RNgEewO6r3G-TpBHwAFeAAGOEAAOCADuAAl2fAZZAA

Well to be honest, I find Ventari a bit too clunky to ever get use out of.
I made a settlers condi bunker build with glint/Mallyx, that does amazing in 1v1s, and is a boon machine in teamfights. I might change settlers to rabid, celestial, or carrion though because healing power in my build doesn’t really feel like it goes the full mile with just regen and the retribution heal proc GM.
Just something to keep in mind.
Taking a break from GW2 to play various
Nintendo games..

The problem with Ventari will always be the whole summon the tablet then use, the tablet should be summoned instantly after legendswap and it should follow you, the whole moving it around should be there, but only when you need to move it.
I really enjoy the support playstyle of Ventari, and you can fish out some surprising levels of hybrid damage/healing when running zealot gear and Shiro as a second legend. In fact, staff can get pretty lethal with Impossible Odds active
I have been considering going for celestial for awhile, but I’m still a bit clunky with rev just due to inexperience with the class and I was going for the whole, sit on far and encourage them to come to me while I support team, also with infinite swiftness it’s got sufficient mobility that running to your team in emergencies is viable, but that’s all theory, real world … it sorta works with a coordinated team, but if kitten hits the fan, yea I’m starting to agree you should have increased damage.
As for ventari being clunky, it does feel like it, but so does ele as a class, it’s more than likely just something that requires a stupidly high skill level to play effectively, that being said I do agree with the idea of it following you around and being brought up immediately upon entering (…invoking?) the legend. While the movement should be retained, but focus’d more on moving it to allies for a time to support them, that’d be MUCH better. (Mayhaps add a temporary f3 skill that does that so the heal can be focused on actually healing you?)
Anyways thanks for the feedback guys!

IMO and again just me, using Ventari and Jalis is sub optimal because Ventari is too clunky due to the tablet mechanics, and Jalis is too costly vs. the effect you can get, currentyl the roamer/assaulter Spec is way stronger and offers almost the same survivability due to protection ,weakness and blind, the difference being you don’t heal the party.
