I understand that rev is unfinished with 2 traits not introduced and at least 1 weapon not introduced so I’m keeping that in mind. I’ll compare to other classes primarily War, Guard, Ranger.

I’ll start with weapons then the Legendary and then a final summery.

-HAMMER- Currently the only ranged weapon

1. I love the idea of and the 100% projectile but its too slow, Warrior bow shoot 2 projections in half the time each projectile doing the same damage individually as one hit from the hammer. And Ranger simply hits harder in less time. Guardian scepter hits way faster and causes more dps.
The next problem is that since its slow the proc on crit sigils of which there are 5 cannot be used cus they would rarely proc.
I think this can be fixed by reducing the speed from 1 second to 0.5 and keep the 100% projectile.

2. Love the skill but its bugged normally only hits twice not 3 times.

3. Interesting not sure what to say about this skill I think ok nothing really stands out.

4. This is a cool and useful skill but it needs to be a bit faster because you cant use it reactively many times because of how long it casts.

5. Terrible I gave up using it because of the cast time you cant hit anything moving and it does so little damage that its a net loss.
If cast time was reduced by 0.75 seconds it would be better.

-MACE- Mace was good except I felt rev was way too squishy compared to war, guard.

1. Good attack speed considering its adding torment you cant argue with the damage you just don’t see its effect as well because of dot but it adds up.

2. Great skill loved to combo 2 and 3 together for might but id like to suggest lowering the cast time because in pvp you just sidestep and laugh but in pve its ok.

3. I like this skill it tends to combo well with 2 in pve.

-AXE- It felt a bit odd but that’s just me.

4. Nice skill

5. The damage is good but the rift needs to be wider.

-STAFF- I love how they envisioned this very unique. Seams clear its meant for support however I needs more support effects.

1. I love the attack speed and how the 3rd attack is a combo finisher.
You could increase its damage.
My reason for saying you could increase its damage is that I’m going to compare it to Guardian staff. For guardian 1 skill is a massive AOE in from the character not a whole lot of damage it hits more targets. So Rev hits fewer targets for the same damage is my point.

2. its an ok skill feels a bit lacking but if you intend to keep this a support weapon is suggest changing it.

3. a block skill that reflects projectiles to nearby people blinding them.
I suggest either adding a group buff to reduce damage or change it to a support ability.

4. Love this skill clearly shows its a support weapon

5. I love this skill too I use it like I use whirlwind on warrior.

LEGENDARIES

DWARF STANCE.

Clearly mean to be the tank stance however the class has too little survivability to be effective tank.

-HEAL- Good heal no change suggest

-S1- I like this skill cant think of anything bad to say about.

-S2- a good tank skill I have herd that if the mob moves it wont work? bug or something I don’t know will let them look into it. Whenever I used it I didn’t have a problem.

-S3- Uhhhmmm little damage and eats up too much resource I suggest reworking the skill in some way maybe replacing it with a buff or to make it a better tank ability.

-ELITE SKILL- My favorite skill make everybody a stone dwarf lol I use this at many pve events when bosses do something.

-DEMON STANCE- Personally I didn’t like many aspects of this stance it cant be used in may boss fights because at one time I got 32 bleeds on me and quickly died maybe I’m playing wrong. After 2 days of playing I stopped using this one and just ran Dwarf and Centaur.

-HEAL- The heal goes with the stance I guess though that weakness I think is too long.

-S1- Ouch when you don’t use it properly when you do use it properly very helpful.

-S2- This skill can be good but your under normal conditions going not get 3 conditions on yourself especially if you have a shout warrior or cond necro around.

-S3- Its a love or hate skill, love if solo cus I like watching the mobs jump at it and get knocked back and get the dot. Hate to you if you use it with a warrior in the middle of 100 blades and now the mobs get blown out of the circle to the 4 corners.

Get rid of the displace and make it a aoe like guardian skills so that the torment just stacks because as it is its not group friendly.

-ELITE- I only used it once and it was kind of fun increasing stats and such cant really argue with it.

-CENTAUR STANCE- Clearly the healing stance works well with staff in support of group. This actually works really well I like it despite hate playing healer in most any game. I feel this is the most developed stance I couldn’t find anything wrong with it other than I’m not much of a healer but I like it.

-HEAL- So it takes the heal slot but its not a heal this summons the stone and activates the stance. Its very important keep hitting the heal button and pulling the tablet with you because you go to far away it disappears and you are sol on the stance til you summon it again.

If I had suggest a change I’d suggest it auto follows you if you get too far away not disappears.

-S1- This is a nice skill in group dungeon and for some mobs when they start shooting projectiles the group gathers around the stone and you use the S1 skill and it destroys all projectiles.

-S2- This is your primary heal skill 1600 healing in DPS gear more in heal/tank gear and only 2 second cool down great skill love it.

-S3- Situational skill that removes conditions and heals per condition up to 3.

-ELITE- Awsome skill I gota get used to use properly if you get surrounded by foes use this it knocks them down and heals people.

Summery

So far I like it and it has promise I cant wait to see the next 2 traits that come out and the next Shiro? for DPS?

Unfortunately and these are things that can change is that the class has NO distinct advantage over any other class and also DOES NOT bridge any gaps between classes. Warrior will do more damage even in shout heal it will do more damage but less heal however more mobility. ATM I don’t believe it can out DPS Guardian even.

It doesn’t have the survivability of Guardian and some of its support ability. The guardians Virtues give it a survivability advantage and a group DPS advantage and Group survivability advantage. While it can out heal a guardian or warrior its going to die faster and cant match the dps your better of with shout heal warrior and support guardian than brining a Rev ATM.

On my Guardian, Warrior, Necro, Ranger I can solo many of the bosses in the silver waste weather its because of my dps, support and damage reduction skills, heal or mix I can kill on those characters but NOT Rev he’s too squishy does too little damage however like I said earlier this is beta and not a complete class and can change.

Additional suggested changes. It should have the ability to provide more group buffs because it really doesn’t add any buffs to the group even in Centaur or Dwarf stance that feel as they buffs like might or protection.
