Please revisit the idea of giving thief a steal slow skill since almost every revenant skill bugs with slow effect. For example UA cast animation is super long, the skill does no damage and it doesn’t evade. Also Crystal hibernation trait locks you in place without block and no chance to evade damage at all (same thing happens with the shield skill but you can cancel it).

I don’t think this is a thief problem so much as it is a Revenant problem. Rather than placing a band-aid on the situation by taking away the Thief’s Rev steal I’d much rather they look into seeing why Slow is so detrimental on Rev skills. Otherwise, Chronomancer should get a finger pointer as well.

Note: I can’t say I remember being under the effects of Slow so I haven’t witnessed this issue first-hand.

i witnessed it many times. movement skills are influenced by slow (and quickness) even though they said they aren’t anymore. unrelenting assault doesn’t do anything at all when slowed

surge and riposting shadows both get increased range which is stupid.

This exactly. Doesn’t make sense that they steal slow from us, but we don’t have much access to it ourselves as Revenants
