Really hoping somebody can help me with a wvw build on my Revenant, thats Revenant and not Herald, as the only builds i can find seem to all revolve around herald.
this is what i currently run in PvE and want to try keep is similar if possible

- im not loaded with gold and am looking for something that can solo and help / support in a zerg fight

Because you are on a budget I would suggest to keep your gear as it is now, but consider changing sigil of ruthlessness to something else (maybe an other sigil of air?). Currently the only skills which would be able to interrupt someone would be Drop the Hammer and Jade Winds. With both skills it will be hard to interrupt, because of the very obvious animations.

For traits I would change Corruption to Retribution with Close Quarters, Dwarven Battle Training and Versed in Stone. These traits would greatly increase your survivability in outnumbered situations. The traits you have chosen from Corruption ,don’t add much to your build.
