That theory makes a lot of sense and could also explain why unlike every other channeled skill in game UA breaks on stealth (when obviously channeled abilities were meant to be a counter to stealth). Howered as far i rebember my evade on ua broke that time, dindt made full ss but i took also a hit from illusionary rogue that killed me before the last hit of ua. Weird stuff.

Interesing enough i dont get blinded from vet scouts blind field during phase smash unlike UA.

I believe since Phase Smash is only one skill, it has evade frames throughout the entire duration of it until it’s over while UA seems to be coded to act as multiple skills which would explain why confusion procs damage on each strike as well as why you are momentarily vulnerable after each hit.

It’s usually when theres a lot of stuff flying everywhere, fields especially make this happen more often than not for sure.

wtf is happening with rev last 2 dys ago with skills on herald
if i press 6,7,8,9 from signet it does not change…after 2sec it goes back to signet again so for example i cant have stacking speed

sometimes it’s get unbugged but its bugged for like 85% of time i play with this char

no other char has this issue .. so i dont think is hardware or some kitten

Updated the list and made it more clean. I really dont understand how shacking wave and chaotic release can miss on uneven terrain while maul has no such issues.

Another point at to why UA is 7 individual attacks chained together besides it breaking on stealth is the likely technical limitation of “sticking” to a moving target with a melee attack (recalculates attack distance and placement towards target on each attack chain piece).

The issue is the evade timing since you’ll be hit if you are traveling maximum distance between hops (no evade overlap) with latency.

Is Eye for an Eye supposed to be undodgeable? Because whenever I use Surge of the Mists against another Revenant. It interrupts the skill and taunts me :S If not, then I believe that is a bug.

Not entirely sure if this behavior is intended or not, but when your character is moving Mace 2 and Axe 5 fire the way your character is facing instead of towards your target but your character is not moving, it fires in the direction of your target.

Also UA is still heavily bugged. Got 14 stacks of torment applied to me as I did UA on a Rev who cast Unyielding Anguish and every single tick of torment stuck to me…

“Venom Enhancement” does not apply poison every time you apply torment.

I just started a Revenant and this one really shocked me, considering how popular Herald seems to be. I main Thief and I thought our missing 10% buff to withdraw was bad…this reminds me of the old NWN2 bugs where feats would just flat-out not work

Not sure if this is a bug or not but I noticed with the mace AA there seems to be a delay in attacks. It’s usually between the first and second attack of the chain, but I have noticed that sometimes the delay happens between the second and third as well. I have NOT had similar problems with the sword or staff AA.

As I finished doing Carrion Revenant build (I know it’s medicore, bot flow of Mace/axe skills is amazing) I have noticed that Mallyx ult Embrace The Darkness doesn’t affect Condition Damage at all. It adds 10% to everything but Condition Damage, Expertise and Concentration. I don’t see any increase in condition damage, but it might be just the tooltip issue and change is occurring, but you just can’t see it. Please add it to the list so Devs can see it. It’s one of easiest bugs to repair.

Okay, so based on this thread few bugs have been spotted;

1. “radiant revival gives the enemy points in PvP for reviving an ally if they heal the ally affected by the trait causing them to revive.”

2. momentary pacification – daze effect will also go through evades and blocks.

3. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gamebreaking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Shiro’s heal skill enchanted daggers will leech life for your enemy if he reflects the daggers, causing him to be healed and you to be damaged by the skill. If the daggers are destroyed, dodged or if people are out of the 900 range limit, the dagger charges simply vanish without doing anything.”

4. “The passive proc from the trait versed in stone (the trait that gives you the Jalis elite when struck below 50% hp) will activate on elite traits and rune effects such as diabolic inferno”

range on daggers is 1200 tho..little mistake done but np

So far 50 skills/traits was spotted to be bugged. 4 of them are tooltip corrections.

Some of these abilities carry multiple amount of bugs UA being obviously the most broken ability in game with score of 8 bugs in one skill.

As I mentioned on other post. 9 stacks of Hardening Persistence got removed when ending Embrace of Darkness instead of 7. This only occur on Embrace end and other upkeep skills works perfectly fine.

With the “fix” to ruins (read it as nerf for wvw sake) theres a new problem. Certain ground aoes like lines from teragriff stops CoR completely which in turn renders this ability useless vs some enemies bc for some idk reason game engine counts it kitten target cap..?

Here is a vid of this. I hope it get fixed asap as it causes majority of my fights to be lost when i cant do a kitten. Really gamebreaking. Most likely it also happen when we run invocation line and swap legend under cc (knockbac, launch) with impossible odds up. Will take a look later.

-Enchanted Daggers: sometimes theyre flying with a huge delay, so that the next hammer autoattack hits directly after the dagger

Pulsating Pestilence only pulses once instead of the 3 seconds listed.

If it is only going to pulse Torment, it needs to pulse it more than once. 1 pulse of torment on a 15s cooldown is… worthless. 3 pulses would bring the damage up close to Diabolic Inferno (if targets are moving) without requiring you to time your elites.

Its supposed to have a chance to copy all conditions you have to nearly foes in 240 radius but it doesnt work and apply only 1 stack of torment instead for 3sec. Dont even slot it.

This is a bug with entering and leaving water. If you’re encountering this swap glint to another legend(don’t legend swap) then re-equip it.

My attacks were varying by around 10% regardless of ascended vs basic quality swords on the same target(difference of 53 power of 2556(2%)). Ascended has almost double the weapon strength as basic. It’s definitely not taking the mainhand sword as the weapon strength.

And.. wow. I dont know what to say but thats a serious gamebreaking issue as the damage loss is huge in this case. Checking out and its the same for utility skills as well. Game doesnt take into account weapon strength at all. Feel free to salvage your ascended weapons.

Utility skills actually aren’t supposed to use your wep str, they have their own innate utility wep str that is used.

Ironically I’ve already stripped most of my gear off my rev because FoN really isn’t keeping rev in the pve meta.

Can we just get the Auto attack animations changed to Thief AA animations? Half the time, my Preparation Thrust doesn’t hit enemies that are right next to me because it acts so weird so I have to keep moving to get the auto attack chain started… I know they wanted to try something different but it’s detrimental to the gameplay.

The description for Roiling Mists, the Invocation grandmaster trait, effectively states that critical-hit chance has 100% increased effectiveness when you are under the effect of Fury. But instead of doubling your base crit chance, which is what I would reasonably assume this to mean, what that trait actually does is making Fury give a 40% crit chance increase instead of a 20% increase.
In short, Roiling Mists does not increase the effectiveness of critical hit chance by 100%, but the effectiveness of Fury.

I never really saw an issue with this. It says Critical-hit chance and necessitates Fury and doesn’t affect Precision in any way. I just saw it as implying that Fury is 2x as effective.
