Revenant meta
For what? PvE, PvP or WvW?
PvE I’m betting on Berserker. Has not enough condi damage for Sinister and Fury trait giving 30% precision makes Assassin gear less tempting.
In SPvP, I’m going to try my best to make my Crusader S/S+Hanner Shiro/Mallyx (Maybe Glint > Mallyx if it ends up being very good).
I have a feeling I can make it work if the crit traits turn out decent.
I’m sure most people will just go with Marauder builds though. People have an obsession with 2 shotting one another :P

Yeah, betting on Marauder as pvp meta.

Btw do you know if malyx condi sharing uses your condi dmg or the creator of that condi stack’s dmg?

Unfortunately, I don’t really know. I did extensive testing with Power and Crusader builds last tests as I wasn’t particularly drawn to Mace, and as such, I didn’t use EtD too much, especially once I realized the “copy” only copied a single stack of damaging conditions (not sure if that is intended or not). Hopefully someone else can help you out with this one, didn’t think about testing it out once I realized that the copying mechanic was a bit weak. Sorry!

Condi absorb from allies is even weirder. You can absorb hours of condi and get only some seconds of resistance.
condi duration from absorb needs a cap
Have a play around necro signet build to get a bit of idea on condi transfer build, particularly in teamfight where you are eating all sorts of pleasant condis on yourself to fire onto target. Unfortunately this build relies on absorbing lots of condi on yourself, so I think necro will excel at this with their high HP pool and actual transferring condi (instead of copy and tried to outlive opponent). Still the AoE transfer means its fun to go kamikaze and grab everyone down with you using embrace the darkness, combine that with jaded wind trait and people will love you for Mallyx.
Conditions copied with Mallyx don’t work like transfers. They scale of Revenant’s stats.
