So it gives Stability now when you successfully evade an attack with it?
I don’t think it does. Test it yourself.
When coupled with retribution, yes it will give stability given the internal cooldown is ready. Though it isn’t as useful as one might think because you still won’t be able to get out of rings like guard hammer #5, longbow #5 or static field, unless you evade some other attack before you pass the line. Not so rewarding for fast reflexes.
