So nice 5 second cooldown! Apparently 1200 range is way shorter than i expected :O

Thats normal and i can tell you why – kitten starting animation which bugs teleport most of the time. With added cd it should have become insta.

The funny thing is, if you step back about 300 units, it would work fine. The charge/dash needs to complete before your character will teleport the rest of the way
