Tried it on my ele once and it didn’t do anything to give me shorter CD between attunement swap. So Jekkt are right it is a worthless sigil if you are picking it to get shorter CD between swapping of weapon as it haven’t been working for avery long time as intended (use google and search older post for that issue.)
