Does anyone know what the trait actually does? Assuming you have more than 50 energy the tooltip says “Healing Increase per Target: 25%” does that mean that you get 25% outgoing healing per target affected or 25% outgoing healing per possible target or simply 25% outgoing healing?

It increases your outgoing healing by flat 25% when you are above 50 energy, but not at 50 energy. So for this part of the trait to work, you have to have at least 51 energy. Tested it.

Its supposed to be just 25% outgoing healing at least the way I read it. (although I tested this last beta and it didn’t increase any healing at all, so hopefully it gets fixed if planning on using)
