Based on the Tooltip this skill supposed to remove 2 conditions from up to 5 targets when used in a 300 radius (also heal)

Based on my experience the condition remove rarely proc. when I’m not alone. Sometimes it refuses to cleans even 1 condition when I’m totally by myself.

can confirm this, the cleanse seems absolutely random.

Also confirmed (I even posted about this last beta weekend too).

Is this bugged or does the condi cleanse only proc with/for allies?
