So it seems like when conditions expire during the staff 4 casting time it doesn’t remove the conditions that are still on you.

So there’s a queue on the conditions it’s going to remove and the second they’re gone it doesn’t update the queue? Sounds like an easy fix IMO.

I did some testing, and the staff doesn’t bug if you stop moving near the end of the animation.
It seems like when they changed the skill to allow movement they forgot to make the condi remove work while moving.

the condi cleanse just fails so often the skill fact should be removed from the tool tip.

Yep, for me it always works as soon as i don’t move while it’s casting.

Tried it and worked while moving.
