Superior Rune Of Revenant
I haven’t got Herald yet, so I can’t test it, but ive heard rumours that after you get the Master Herald Achievement, the Rune of The Revenant recipe will start appearing at Laurel Vendors.
Found the recipe on the Laurel vendor, bottom tab marked “Achievement Rewards.” Don’t know what unlocked it, as I just happened upon it one day.
Mind sharing the stats? I’m 20 points off my elite and it hasn’t made it into the wiki yet. Thanks!

Apparently it was the Herald rune I was thinking of, not the Revenant rune; my bad. >_<
You can view the Revenant rune in PvP lobby, though:
(1) +8 all stats
(2) +10 all stats
(3) +12 all stats
(4) +14 all stats
(5) +16 all stats
(6) Gain 2 seconds of Resistance when using a heal skill (CD: 10s)

(1) +25 Toughness
(2) +5% Boon Duration
(3) +50 Toughness
(4) +10% Boon Duration
(5) +100 Toughness
(6) When using a heal skill, apply Protection to nearby allies (360 radius) (CD: 10s)

Found it. The Superior Rune of The Herald gives
(1) +25 Toughness
(2) +5% Boon Duration
(3) +50 Toughness
(4) +10% Boon Duration
(5) +100 Toughness
(6) When using a heal skill, apply Protection to nearby allies (360 radius) (CD: 10s)Terribad.
Suppose its 3sec of Protection (its either gonna be 2 or 3, right?). +15%boon duration runes, +20% more from glint. Now its 4 seconds of protection on a 10sec cooldown on a class that can spam heal with ventari. That alone is very good.
Now lets throw in Bolster Fortifications, which is another 2 seconds, and change with the boon duration.
We’re up to 6seconds of protection for every 10seconds. Thats very strong. This is enough to achieve excellent protection uptime without blowing a ton of energy on facet of chaos.

Yea I saw the recipe for the rune of the Herald under the Achievement Tab, as well as with the Mistward Armor s hunt. But you automatically get those when you unlock the Herald. My question is where is the recipe to make the rune of the Revenant?

As far as I can determine either no one has figured it out or the people who have figured it out haven’t revealed it to the rest of the world yet.
Or there isn’t a recipe for it yet, and it’s only available in PvP.
