The problem with unyeilding anguish
I’ve heard a lot of people complain about unyeilding anguish and how it’s even worse than Ranger longbow 4 by constantly telephoning enemies caught in the field, and how it’s super trolley for melee fighters. But wait, this skill is for malyx… and malyx’s weapon is mace\axe, a melee weapon… Basically, anyone using malyx and mace would never use this skill unless perhaps they were hurt and want to get away or maybe heal up, but wouldn’t they change to ventari or Janis if this was the case? IMO this makes unyeilding anguish even worse.
Guardian’s banish, ranger’s counterattack. Both melee skills that push away the opponent on melee range weapons.
It’s a CC/interrupt skill, use it for that.
Not only that, but the displacement does not put the target out of range of Mace 2, 3, or axe 4 or 5. So it does not really affect the Rev as negatively as others. I usually use UA, and either follow it up with 2>3 or 4>2>3, or my favorite, 5>2>4>3 to really throw people off.

Their are some really flashy combos Mace/axe can pull off. Lol
I didn’t get to test it, but I heard that displacement ignores stability and defiance. In that case, is it not categorized as an interrupt? If I’m using a skill and get displaced, will I be interrupted? What if it’s a skill that requires I don’t move (e.g. Warrior’s Kill Shot)?
Astaxanthas (Revenant), Hepaticus (Engineer), Eosinophus (Thief)
I love this skill. Great for tanking compared to other legend skills, because it makes it harder for enemies to attack you, especially when outnumbered.
Being able to use this on defiance NPC, allow Revenant’s to tank these kind of NPC by displacing theme during big attacks.
Like others said it doesn’t take you out of attack range. I loved using this with mace axe. It’s a fun combo
Its a good skill, but the problem I have with it is how trolls can grief their allies with it. You put your guardian symbol down, and a rev comes in and moves enemies out of it. Trying to stomp an enemy, a rev comes in and ports them away from you.
It likely won’t be a problem very often, but I can see it getting annoying for people when there are idiots around trying to spoil the fun of those around them. There are not many of those thankfully (in my experience), but it is something I think Anet needs to consider. Especially with how often the skill can be spammed.
