Most base on combo dodge-Endurance-Stability/Retaliation and damage with main hand / V-Hammer.
Drain rate and block/dodge skill should enough for 10 sec switch.

Jallis would be used for Pulling, the main legend used would be Glint. Would only swap to Jallis if Facet of Darkness was offline. Tempest earth overload, Dragon Hunter with Virtues traitline for stun break on F3 should cover you for group play. Another thing you could do is drop Devastation in stead of Retribution for Herald…that will make your tanking build from flexible – best if you have a 2nd rev in party.
