I don’t have a revenant and were never interested by them.
so please;
What does the Rev do and i get 10+ stack of torment instant?
how can i avoid it?

You stack Torment quickly by autoattacking in melee with Mace, making other stand in Unyielding Anguish (that purple AoE they leap to) and with Mallyx Elite (this pulses AoE Torment every second in small radius around Revenant, goes through blocks and evades).

These should be main sources of Torment you could watch out for.

Out of the top of my head, Torment:
-Mace Auto Attack
-Mace 3 (pulsing smash)
-Unyielding Anguish (the purple aoe)
-Mallyx Elite (Rev pulses projectiles)

What you really should be worried about is the confusion though. It is easy to stack big amounts of confusion and cover it with torment/burn/bleed/chill.

There’s not many ways of avoiding the Torment aside not getting hit. If you generally get huge stacks of it, I think you stand in Unyielding Anguish for extended periods. Simple don’t stand in that aoe.

thanks for the lesson, now i beat them easy. I didn’t see the purple circle on the ground.
It is lightly present….. but now i got it.
