Guild Wars 2

I need the Mistward Legging Insignia and Mistward Plate insignia and the exalted vendor doesn’t have it, nor the Nuhoch one. These are the last items i need for both chest and leggings and i can’t complete it.

I also have max exalted mastery line and all i see for sale on his page 2 is the back item components and nothing else. Looking at the wiki there’s a host of items he sells on page 2 and yet none are available to me. What is going on here? did i waste all them mastery points for nothing?
