Ventari Tablet: Move or Follow?
Humm. After getting out of range of the tablet, it will teleport to your position after 5seconds or so, something that could be perhaps shaved down to 3-4 secs with talent choices. The tablet going inactive as it starts its teleport spell, but immediately going active again if you move into range before it finishes the cast.
Basically to emphasize the static nature of the tablet, but not to have to recast it constantly.
Nope a simpler and better solution is removing the cast time in sumoning and moving and removing that delay on movement. Keeps the flavor and increases the skill ceiling.
Herald of Ventari
I would remove the cast time and convert its healing to a heavy pulse every couple seconds instead of on movement.
I think the summoning of the tablet is a good example of over-designed: what else would one do after switching to Ventari? Of course is using the tablet. But why having to summon it is a must? Most practised players these days just press F1 and 6 immediately.
I do not mind the moving because the rationale behind it is not the act of moving the tablet: it is the positioning of it. So remove the summoning silliness and keep the rest of it as it is except if you run out of range, a new tablet will resummon itself automatically right next to you.
The Elite skill is to be remained the same, except once the old tablet is destroyed, a new one will resummon itself automatically right next to you, as it is described above.
