Ventari tablet buff
The movement of the tablet is extremly good in WvW. You can move it right through your moving blob from last person to cmd, and heal like hell. Its not clunky if you set your keys for the healskill on an additional mouse button. Ventari in its mechanic is now ideal.
The only thing missing is a ground indicator for its area of heal.
If you move the tablet to your target, use Harmony instantly so the heal will occur when the tablet has reached its location.
Ik about the timing aspect, it’s just that sometimes especially when you’re under pressure controlling the tablet feels too slow.
A ground indicator is a great idea since players would know where to receive the heals, but I feel if the tablet teleported players would react more quickly and wouldn’t need to predict how far the tablet would go. Sure it’s an advantage in blobs for WvW but in PvE and PvP there are less blob formations of players.
Well the tablet isnt for every situation. Why should it be fast when it heals 14k on allies? Its just perfect if you use it correctly. If you need to safe yourself go use staff and jump away with mallyx

I play a lot on my Ventari rev and definitely get frustrated about its speed sometimes. You can only predict so much of people’s movements, and it often feels like half of my heals are wasted due to not catching allies in time, or them deciding to change their path as it approaches them. I don’t necessarily like the idea of it teleporting because I think that could make it too powerful and just feel a little weird, but I think at the very least increasing the movement speed of it would be a huge help. An increased radius on the skills (300 rather than 240) would alleviate some issues as well.
i like the way tablet moves so i am against this idea sorry. i like the way it move when it 300% slower too.

It’s not its travel speed that makes it feel clunky, its the CD on 6.
Not speaking about functionality, but strictly about its feel it would be better if you cut down its CD by a third and lessen the healing by just as much.

The primary needs of Ventari are:
- Better traits – Salvation traits are terrible. If you want Tablet to bring respectful healing, you dedicate all the trait tiers to increasing your outgoing healing modifier. If the legend is built around having high modifiers and doesn’t work without them, bake as many as you can into Minor traits in the supporting specialization. Give the traitline some new things that can enhance support Revenant, rather than trying to stuff overbloated Ventari’s Elite with it.
- Visible Tablet radius outlier – A request dating back to HoT betas that would be a major buff to Ventari without changing any numbers, yet still not here for whatever reason. Tablet’s effective radius is so small that allies NEED to see it. There’s no work-around, unless you want to triple the radius of it. Untill this change happens, Tablet will forever feel clunky, because allies who are not coordinated will be missing on heals without knowing about it.
- Possible radius increase from 240 to 280 or 300.
- A defensive skill on Ventari’s set. Probably the best candidate for it is Protective Solace (the bubble). That skill is not that much fun for either side when it works (everlasting projectile deflection is not a great design) and it’s absolutely useless when there are no projectiles (besides niche Light Field uses, which in my opinion, are wasting energy). Be it a stunbreak, anti-focus tool, whatever.
- Possible changes to how Regeneration boon operates – Support Revenant with the modifiers brings the strongest Regeneration possible in-game by far, yet it will more often than not get overwritten by much worse versions provided by Tempests or Chronomancers due to short duration.

On the traits:
Yes bake healing modifiers into minors.
But: Remove the alacrity one into a major. If you want to use the traitline for a none ventari build (even if not that often), you have no use for a trait that only applies to the tablet.
Yes to the radius.
I would like to see the stunbreak on purifying essence and a water field on protective solace. Protective solace should have an effect on deactivation, something like a daze.
This way you could have ranged protection or melee interrupt.
