So a thing happened and I don’t feel like writing it out too much so I’ll keep it short

I made a build and didn’t check to see if the trinkets were readily available before I made the armor and they practically don’t exist, barring Raid and Bloodstone trinkets. The build was to be Viper weapons and armor, and Carrion trinkets but Carrion trinkets were never implemented.
I tried exotic carrion trinkets but the result of lowered health and power left it with survival.

Needless to say, this ordeal has put a massive spike in this build as I cannot recreate Carrion stats with other trinkets, and has me at a loss. So I am just going to remake the build altogether.

Help me out here Glint/Mallyx veterans, what are FUN and VIABLE builds with these stances? I’ve been hearing a LOT of good things about Celestial Revs.

Let it also be said that I don’t give a kitten about optimism or “meta” and anyone wants to post something along the lines of “mallyx is bad for raids go shiro” or “just go zerk for open world” will be ignored simply because I DON’T CARE.

Exotic to Ascended is only a 5% difference, and armor+ weapons are roughly 50% of your expected stats. I cannot imagine that you both don’t care about meta and find it deal breaking to be down 2.5% in a few stats.

how do you know he crafted them? I got 4/6 armors and 3 weapons through chests. All my trinkets were from laurels. Maybe he has lots of gold and crafting them wasn’t a big deal. Regardless, he’s asking for an off meta build and happens to have ascended gear available to him.

He doesn’t have to justify his gear. When I want to try something new, I’ll stat swap and mess around. It’s still ascended gear but just because they’re ascended doesn’t mean I care what’s currently meta.

Boon Duration + the stat you use for dps.

I run marauder+rabid 50\50 stats this combo gives all stats hybrid rev needs.

In absence of Viper, I’d go with Sinister.
And you’ll always be an hybrid anyway, so I’d use berserker for the remaining things.
Berserker runes for armor, I think.
And something for condition damage/duration on weapons.

I’m using something similar for fun in open PvE and works just fine.
Weapons: mace/sword and hammer.
Trait lines, devastation, corruption and herald.
You coud end up a little low on precision while using Mallyx, so trait accordingly

I like the idea of Celestial. I couldn’t say how much of a thing they are, but you can definitely make use of the majority, if not all, cele stats.
